Ninaithu Paarkiren - Concert Booking
By purchasing a ticket for the concert, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Ticket Purchase
• Online payment and ticket reservation are required to attend the concert.
• Tickets are subject confirmation of payment.
• In-person ticket sales are not available.
• Tickets confirmations from the event organizers will be sent 5 days before the event.

2. Payment
• Full payment must be completed at the time of booking.
• Tickets will be confirmed only after successful payment.
• The organizer is not responsible for payment failures caused by third-party payment providers/bank issues.

3. Ticket Delivery
• Ticket counter opens at 5pm and closes by 7pm strictly. The timing cannot be extended under any circumstances.
• Tickets are issued to online buyers on a first-come, first-served basis at the venue, on the day of concert.
• It is the ticket buyer’s responsibility to ensure correct contact details are provided.
• Valid government photo ID is required to collect your ticket and for entry.

4. Refunds & Cancellations
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• In case the concert is canceled by the organizer, a refund or rescheduled date may be offered.
• No refunds will be issued for late arrival or non-attendance.

5. Event Changes
• The organizer reserves the right to change the event date, time, and venue.
• Such changes do not necessarily entitle the ticket holder to a refund. 

6. Entry & Admission
• Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket.
• The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person for safety & inappropriate behavior.
• Re-entry may not be allowed once you exit the venue.

7. Age Restrictions
• * Kids below 2 years do not require a ticket. Children above 3+ require a ticket if they will occupy a seat. *

8. Prohibited Items
• Items such as weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, or other unsafe items are strictly prohibited.
• The organizer reserves the right to conduct security checks, if required.

9. Recording & Media
• Unauthorized professional recording is strictly prohibited. It cannot be reused/uploaded in any YouTube channels and in all social media platforms.

10. Liability
• The organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

11. Governing Law
• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
